Our products are dispatched from our warehouses located in Hong Kong and China. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, with an estimated shipping lead time of 5-15 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays, holidays, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
3. Countries We Do Not Ship To
While we strive to reach as many customers worldwide as possible, there are a few countries we are unable to ship to at this time. Currently, we do not ship to the following countries:
