1. Cancellation Eligibility
- Order Status: Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return if eligible.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation based on its dispatch status.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders
For orders successfully canceled before dispatch, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
